The Flickr Foundation's Best Little Museum shop is a labor of love run by a small team. Though our main priority is to keep Flickr pictures for 100 years, we will also do our best to give you a great customer experience.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We are a small non-profit, and currently shipping orders packed ourselves by our small team at our London HQ. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible with the goal of getting orders packed and shipped within 2 business days barring holidays.

Shipping times are in business days, do not include weekends, and beagin when your package is picked up by our mail carrier.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES
Aside from art prints, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be provided.
Royal Mail aims to deliver items to the USA within 5-7 working days.

Art prints estimated shipping times are 3-7 days for the UK and 6-10 days for the USA.

Prints are shipped separately from all other products.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Due to the expense of shipping internationally, we only ship to locations within the UK and USA. If you live outside these areas and are interested in our merch, please email shop@flickr.org and we will try to create a custom order for you if we are able.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Each order is carefully packaged by our small team in our London HQ.

If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at shop@flickr.org. If possible, please include in your email your order number, photos of the product as well as the shipping materials. We will work to get a replacement out as soon as possible.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we are not responsible for any taxes or duties which may be required to receive packages on arrival.

RETURNS & CHANGES
Due to our status as a non-profit, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. However we stand by the craftsmanship of our offerings and are committed to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase: if any products are unsatisfactory quality, please contact us at shop@flickr.org.
